Who we are

Over the past 40 years we have become one of the largest manufacturers of hurricane shutters throughout the Caribbean. It was not always this way the company began by only repairing windows and doors and later on importing windows from the states. Now we manufacture all our goods locally making it an easy and enjoyable process to work with.

What we do

Condado Window supply to Puerto Rico and many of the surrounding islands with windows such as our double hung tilt, casement, finestra, projected , among others. The hurricane shutters starting with our roll-up shutters, accordion, and our patent pending Combo Shutters just to mention a few of our products. All of our products are custom made to fit the needs of our customers.

Our story explained

It all started in 1980, with a window repair at the home of the future founders of the company.

1980

Focusing on repairs and incorporated installation services for doors imported from the United States.

1986

After Hurricane Hugo, many insurance companies praised the installations carried out by the company. Despite the destruction caused by the phenomenon, the windows and doors supplied by Condado Window had withstood the force.

1989

Clientele expanded beyond Puerto Rico, reaching the Virgin Islands.

1995

Expansion of their product catalog, offering a variety of products including accordion shutters, panels, and roll-ups.

2000

New facility in Bayamón, PR with over 75,000 square feet.

2005

With the passing of Hurricane Maria, our facilities were destroyed, it required renovations and was expanded as well.

2017

We implemented new technologies suach as 3D printing & automated systems.

2022

After 40 years, Condado Window has become one of the largest manufacturers of doors, windows, and shutters in the Caribbean.

Today, all products are manufactured locally in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, and their market has expanded to the Caribbean and USA.
